Hila is an intern in the firm’s High-Tech department, focusing on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies at all stages of their operations. In her role, Hila assists in comprehensive legal support, from company formation, through financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, to handling day-to-day legal matters.
Hila holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Bar-Ilan University. During her studies, she gained diverse legal experience, including serving as the University’s Student Advocate, as a research assistant to Prof. Shachar Lifshitz in the field of family law, and through volunteer work at Nadan, a non-profit organization which provides legal assistance to soldiers in mandatory military service.
