Hadar Karmon’s practice focuses on several aspects of commercial, corporate, and civil law, including banking, finance, corporation and family wealth management. The services she provides include drafting agreements, providing ongoing legal counselling to various corporate entities, and assisting private clients with intergenerational financial transfers in the field of planning and managing family wealth. Hadar is also authorized by the Administrator General at the Ministry of Justice to prepare and execute ongoing powers of attorney (“Living Wills”).
Hadar received her LL.B. in 2020 and her MBA in 2021, in the joint program for outstanding students at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2022.
Hadar is fluent in Hebrew and English.
