Galit Frank’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in a variety of fields, with an emphasis on representing defendant companies in class actions. She provides the firm’s clients -among them leading Israeli and international companies – a wide range of services in this field, including representing them before courts of various instances, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and providing preliminary advice in litigation proceedings.
As part of her expertise in litigation, Galit represents clients in a variety of disputes, such as between companies – including international – in commercial contractual claims; class actions in various fields – including consumerism, privacy, insurance, securities and more – in which clients are the respondents; derivative lawsuits; and various civil fields, including representing defendants in defamation and privacy suits.
Galit also provides legal advice to various entities that have encountered commercial disputes, prior to initiating litigation proceedings, or entities seeking advice in order to avoid legal exposure in a variety of fields.
During her legal studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Galit served as a teaching assistant. She is fluent in Hebrew and English.
