Etan is an intern in the firm’s High-Tech department, focusing on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies at all stages of their operations. In her role, Etan assists in comprehensive legal support, from company formation, through financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, to handling day-to-day legal matters.
Etan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and An MBA from the Hebrew University. During his studies, he gained diverse legal and business experience, including working at a company that analyzes data for artificial intelligence, as well as volunteering at the Heyu Shalom nonprofit, which provides financial and legal assistance to families in need.
