Eliana joined the firm’s high-tech department, which focuses on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies at all stages of their operations. Eliana takes part in comprehensive legal guidance starting from company incorporation, through financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and up to managing day-to-day legal issues.
Before joining the firm, she served as Operations Manager at a Tel Aviv high-tech company in the digital gaming sector, and later worked at the Israeli Ministry of Justice in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, specializing in international law, legislative consulting, and the drafting of legal opinions as part of the Ministry’s mapping and analysis of international law in the context of the Iron Swords War. Her work further involved participating in the Legal Clinic for International Humanitarian Law, contributing to NATO projects
