Bio

Dror is an attorney whose practice focuses on representing public and private entities in international tenders and infrastructure and energy projects.

As part of his work, Dror provides clients with a broad range of legal services, including legal support in preparation for financial close, drafting and preparing tender documents for publication, and ongoing advice throughout all stages of the tender process. Dror also participates in a cross-practice team and conducts in-depth research to assist in formulating general policy.

Dror has gained extensive practical experience in the renewable energy sector, and has advised on several complex financial closings for solar energy projects.

Among other matters, he was involved in advising the tenders committee on the financial closings of projects in Dimona and Ashalim — among the largest and most significant renewable energy projects in Israel.

Before returning to the firm as an attorney, Dror completed internships in our firm in real estate, commercial law, litigation, and family wealth management. During his internship, he played a significant role in managing matters for real estate clients, including advising on construction and urban renewal projects. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Keren Weinshall Margel in a Research Methods course, and also completed a pre-internship in torts, commercial law, and litigation.
