Daniella Nahamias-Federman is a lawyer in the High-Tech Department of the firm, specializing in corporate and commercial law, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and financing and equity investment transactions. Daniella provides ongoing consulting to high-tech and technology companies, both emerging and established, including representing clients and drafting commercial agreements in a variety of fields, ranging from internal corporate matters to commercial transactions.
Daniella joined the firm in 2023, before which she worked as an associate in the high-tech department of a leading law firm, having completed her internship in the commercial litigation department of another firm.
