Avivit Lidgi focuses on civil and commercial law, specializing in the fields of real estate and urban renewal. She provides clients, which include Israeli public bodies as well as leading real estate companies, with a wide range of services, including the registration of parcels and condominiums with the Land Registry Office on behalf of rights owners, registration of warning notes, mortgages, decree cancellations, and the amendment of condominium decrees.
Avivit joined the firm in 2014 as an intern and became an associate in 2022.
