Asher Bichoonski represents governmental ministries and agencies, finance providers, concessionaires and project companies, and EPC and O&M contractors in various infrastructure projects and industries, including transportation, defense, water desalination, and conventional, cogeneration and renewable energy.
Asher joined the firm in May 2017 as a partner in the Projects, Infrastructure and Energy Department. He has more than 11 years’ experience in the projects and infrastructure industry and prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure department of Levy Meidan & Co.
