Amit Timsit-Gabaie specializes in project finance, energy, and infrastructure, representing employers, government companies, and private clients on an ongoing basis.
Her professional experience includes providing in-house counsel to NTA in managing the company’s claims system, drafting tenders for government companies, including an international consultants’ tender for the establishment of a complementary airport field to Ben Gurion Airport, accompanying proposers in PPP tenders, and ongoing support for appointing authorities and beneficiaries in infrastructure projects.
Before joining the firm, Amit specialized in international commercial law and advised clients on commercial matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
Amit is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
