Amalia Meshi brings extensive experience in real estate, planning, and construction transactions to her professional portfolio. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in representing clients in significant real estate transactions within Israel, including advising prominent construction and property development companies.
Amalia’s skills encompass negotiating agreements regarding property acquisition, construction, management, joint ventures, bank financing, and mergers and acquisitions. She also conducts due diligence reviews for Israeli and international businesses, and deals with complex land planning programs. In addition, Amalia collaborates with local legal experts to assist clients in acquiring businesses and properties in Europe, broadening her international reach.
Amalia joined the firm in 1971 and became partner in 1980.
