Sapir is an associate in the firm’s High-Tech Department, focusing on providing legal solutions to private high-tech companies throughout all stages of their business activities—from incorporation and financing transactions to mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day legal matters.
Sapir holds an LL.B. in Law, with honors, and an M.A. in Information Technology from Bar-Ilan University. Alongside her studies, she gained professional experience in the Legal Department of the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, where she worked on complex legal and regulatory matters at the intersection of law, technology, and public policy.
