Noa specializes in competition law, providing ongoing legal counsel on various competition-related matters, including restrictive arrangements, abuse of dominant position, issues in the food sector, and the development of internal compliance programs. Noa also handles both local and international complex mergers and joint ventures.
As part of the firm’s competition department, Noa also advises clients in complex class actions.
Noa joined the firm as a legal intern in 2023 and became an associate in 2025.
Noa received her LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University in 2023, and her Master’s degree in Environmental Regulation and Policy from Bar-Ilan University in 2024. She served as a legal assistant at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Criminal).
