Eureka, founded by industry veterans Liat Hayun and Asaf Weiss specializes in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), helping organizations secure their data across multi-cloud environments. This acquisition will enhance Tenable’s capabilities, providing its customers with even better cloud risk management.
Partners Ben Sandler, Barry Levenfeld, and Adv. Michael Portman represented Tenable again with the team from Cooley, with partners Ofir Levy and Ofir Paz handling tax matters.
