We are proud to have represented Bausch + Lomb in leading an equity investment in Sanoculis Ltd. as part of a Series C funding round of $14 million.
As part of this transaction, we also had the privilege of working alongside our terrific colleagues at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in putting in place an options agreement, under which Bausch + Lomb obtained an option to purchase all of Sanoculis’ assets.
