Yarden deals with commercial law, legal accompaniment of private and public companies, as well as a variety of aspects related to company law, securities law and financing.
Yarden handles, among other things, assisting the firm’s clients in drafting various commercial agreements, accompanying capital raising (including IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Yarden also assists with ongoing legal advice to private and public companies in the areas of the capital market, corporate law, corporate governance and the relevant regulation.
Yarden joined the firm as an intern in 2022 and returned as an attorney in 2024.
Yarden graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B) and Summa Cum Laude with a master’s degree in law (L.L.M) from Tel Aviv University.
