Gal Gutman-Almog’s main expertise is in the field of commercial and corporate law. She provides the firm’s clients with a wide variety of services in these areas, including the establishment or dissolution of corporations, regulation of relations between shareholders, ongoing support of commercial activities (including Registrar of Companies issues), mergers and acquisitions, consumer protection, commercial agreements, confidentiality agreements, intellectual property issues, employment, and more.
Prior to embarking on her legal studies, Gal served as research and information manager at a leading regulatory consultant firm, where she gained a profound understanding of regulatory matters, such as legislative procedures and parliamentary and government workflows.
Gal holds a bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in political science and government from Ben-Gurion University (2014) and obtained her LL.B. from the The Academic College of Law and Science (2020). She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate the same year.
