Matanel Interns in the Hi-Tech Department – in corporate law, commercial law, and corporate finance. He assists start-up companies, entrepreneurs, international corporations, as well as venture capital funds (in Israel and abroad) across various industries throughout the entire corporate lifecycle – from the establishment stage, through capital raises, investments, commercial transactions and financing, to mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Matanel is engaged in the structuring of investment funds and in providing strategic and comprehensive legal advice across all areas relevant to the fund’s operations.
Between 2024-2025, Matanel served as a teaching assistant in the Corporate Law course at the Hebrew university of Jerusalem and was a research assistant in the field of uncertainty in property law and its economic implications.
