Bio

Tal is a legal intern in the Real Estate Department at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy. She takes part in advising on a wide range of real estate transactions and projects. Her work includes involvement in urban renewal projects, including evacuation and reconstruction and TAMA 38 projects, as well as apartment sale transactions and real estate financing matters. Tal works as part of teams handling various matters, gaining exposure to commercial, planning and legal aspects of the real estate field.

Prior to her internship, Tal worked in the Special Cases Department at the Israel Tax Authority (Customs and VAT), where she was involved in analyzing investigative materials, preparing direct examinations, conducting legal research and attending court hearings.

Tal also participated in the Public Defender’s Clinic, where she assisted a public defender and was awarded an excellence scholarship.

In addition, Tal was a fellow at the Menomadin Center for Jewish and Democratic Law, and a research assistant at the “Omek” Center for Public Policy, where she conducted legal research and drafted position papers on socio-legal issues.
