Lior is an intern in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Lior specializes in corporate law, including control contests, and handling derivative and class action lawsuits against officers and controlling shareholders. Additionally, Lior also handles claims relating to medical malpractice and defamation.
During his studies at the Hebrew University, Lior served as a research assistant to Prof. Mordechai Kremnitzer and assisted him in writing the revised edition of the book ‘Fundamentals of Criminal Law’. He also served as a teaching and research assistant to Prof. Assaf Eckstein in the field of Corporate Law and Corporate Governance.
During his degree, Lior was awarded the Dean’s Excellence Award for 2024
