Yuval’s practice focuses on commercial law, legal accompaniment of private and public companies, as well as a variety of aspects related to company law, securities law, and financing.
Yuval assists the firm’s clients in drafting diverse commercial agreements, participating in capital-raising activities (including IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), accompanying capital raising (including IPOs on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange) and mergers and acquisitions transactions, among other things.
Yuval also assists with ongoing legal advice to private and public companies in the fields of capital market, corporate law, corporate governance and the relevant regulation.
Yuval joined the firm as an intern in 2022 and joined as an attorney in 2024.
Yuvali received her LL.B. and her B.A. in Economics, at The Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 2022.
