Shay Maaravi specializes in all aspects of real estate law, providing the firm’s clients, including large and small real estate companies and private clients, with a wide range of services on matters related to urban renewal procedures, combination transactions, lease agreements, real estate taxation, purchase and sale of new and second-hand apartments, funding, and more.
Before Shay joined the firm, he worked in the largest law firms in Israel, gaining a great deal of expertise in his chosen field.
Shay received his LL.B. from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2019, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2021. He is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
