Shani Tamima serves as an associate with the firm’s Competition/Antitrust Department, where she advises clients on various aspects of competition/antitrust law, including mergers, joint ventures, restrictive trade practices, and matters relating to abuse of dominant position. She also represents major local and international firms in proceedings before the Israel Competition Authority.
During her legal studies, Shani served as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Haifa Faculty of Law, in the fields of contract law, civil procedure and alternative dispute resolutions. She was also a member of the editorial board of Mishpat U’Mimshal, one of the University of Haifa law reviews, participated in the Mediation and Dispute Resolution Legal Clinic, and served as Chairperson of the Student Council of the University of Haifa
