Maya Katz Hilburg is a senior associate specializing in commercial and cross-border litigation. With extensive experience representing foreign and local clients in complex legal procedures, she excels in cases involving international aspects, such as foreign law or foreign courts. Maya also represents clients in international arbitration proceedings, both in Israel and abroad.
In addition to litigation, Maya provides regulatory and commercial consultation to clients from the private and public sectors. Her expertise and dedication have led to successful outcomes in high-profile disputes, making her a trusted advocate for her clients.
Maya specializes in a wide range of litigation areas, including commercial litigation, class actions, administrative law and infrastructure litigation. She brings extensive experience representing clients before various courts, including the Supreme Court, High Court of Justice, Rabbinical Courts, and Labor Courts. She is also well-versed in mediation and arbitration, including international arbitration.
Maya’s client portfolio includes renowned individuals and companies such as Nike Israel, Max IT Finance Ltd., NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd., Air Berlin PLC & Co., Der Spiegel, Herrmann International Inc., Fresenius Medical Care, Wirtgen Group, William Hill Ltd., Shikun & Binui, and AFCON. She has also represented Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud party in administrative proceedings.

Maya graduated with honors from Bar-Ilan University, completing her bachelor’s (LL.B.) and master’s (LL.M.) in 2012. She was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2013 and joined our firm in 2020.
