Eliana Jacobs interns for the firm’s High-Tech Department. She assists private and public high-tech companies with legal issues arising from their day-to-day activities, such as forming a company, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial and corporate matters. Prior to her internship, Eliana worked for the firm’s Business Development Department.
Eliana volunteered for about two years at Mavoi Satum, a non-profit organization that provides assistance and legal representation to agunut – women who have been denied a divorce. In addition, she participated in the Criminal Prosecution in Action course coordinated by Tel Aviv University, and shadowed Iris Picker Segal, the prosecuting attorney in the Carmel Ma’oda case, through the Central Criminal District Attorney’s Office.
