Dvir Pe’er is a member of the firm’s Tax Department, specializing in corporate and individual taxation, value-added tax (VAT), other indirect taxes, and international taxation.
Dvir provides various legal services in tax law, including writing opinions and editing legal memoranda in Hebrew and English, accompanying and representing clients before various tax authorities, and assisting clients in efficiently planning their local and international operations in order to minimize the tax burden.
Having completed his undergraduate studies in business administration, majoring in accounting, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Dvir obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Israel in 2018. He completed his undergraduate studies in law at Ono Academic College in 2020, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2022.
Before joining the firm in 2022, Dvir worked at one of the leading tax law firms in Israel.
From 2016 to 2020, Dvir served as an audit manager in the audit department at BDO, where he conducted financial statement audits and provided ongoing tax consulting to companies in various sectors and different associations. He also specialized in the audit process of companies issuing securities on the stock exchange.
