Aviva is an associate in the firm’s Hi-Tech, Venture Capital, and Corporate practice, with a focus on hi-tech startups, multinational corporations, private equity financings, strategic investments, commercial transactions, and M&A.
Aviva provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the ordinary course of a corporation’s business, addressing a spectrum of corporate challenges such as corporate governance, private equity financing and other commercial matters.
Aviva earned her LLB from Reichman University in 2021 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2023. Complementing her legal qualifications, she holds a B.A in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from the same institution.
Aviva is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
