Aharon Levenson is an associate in the firm’s International Corporate Group, representing startups, established corporations and multinational companies, with an emphasis on private equity financings, strategic investments, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He also provides ongoing consultation on legal issues that arise in the course of a corporation’s business, such as corporate governance and commercial matters.
In addition to being involved in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate financings and complex commercial transactions, Aharon often provides corporate counsel to privately-held companies in their initial and developmental stages, and to multinational companies in their ongoing commercial transactions.
Aharon received his law degree from Ono Academic College in 2021. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in January 2023.
Aharon is fluent in English and Hebrew.
