Among her responsibilities, Adi handles complex transactions for the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial properties. She specializes in managing negotiations for construction companies, high-tech firms, and major retail corporations for leasing transactions in commercial areas, industrial zones, and office spaces, as well as contractor and service agreements.
Additionally, Adi serves as a legal consultant, offering ongoing legal advice and representation to large shopping centers, residential construction contracting companies, and others.
Within her specialization in income-producing real estate, Adi possesses unique expertise in managing negotiations and representing high-tech companies in broad-scale leasing agreements, usage agreements, and contractor agreements, as well as advising large shopping centers on various matters.
Adi has experience in representing entrepreneurs in the establishment of residential projects, apartment sales, and building agreements. She’s also adept in registering condominiums and has valuable experience in registering complex condominiums that encompass residences, commerce, and offices. Furthermore, Adi has experience in representing groups under the Price for Occupant and Target Price programs, representing agricultural companies, and major commercial companies in various procedures before the Israel Land Authority.
Adi graduated with distinction from the Tel Aviv University law program in 2012, and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2013. She joined the firm in 2012 and began working as an attorney in 2013.
Adi is a native Hebrew speaker and is also fluent in English.
